By accessing or using the Zoria Voice platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Zoria Voice provides an AI calling platform that answers, qualifies, and books calls automatically. The service is offered through monthly plans, as described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out with it. Using the platform for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes is prohibited.

4. Payments and cancellation

Plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen cycle. You can cancel at any time, with no long-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, brand, software, and content belong to Zoria Voice. Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Zoria Voice works to keep the platform available and running correctly, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the period the issue occurred.

7. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated at any time. We recommend reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
