Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7/1/2026

1. Introduction

Zoria Voice respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information from users of our platform.

2. Data we collect

We collect data needed for the platform to function, such as name, email, phone, company information, service usage data, and voice recordings authorized for AI model training.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the contracted services, personalize your experience, improve the platform, send important communications, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and security

We do not sell your data. We share information only with partners essential to running the platform (infrastructure, payment processing, integrations) and when required by law. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@zoriavoice.com.

6. Voice and Biometric Data

When you use Zoria Voice's voice cloning features, we collect and process audio samples of your voice to create a synthetic voice model, which may be considered biometric data under applicable laws, including state-specific biometric privacy laws such as Illinois' Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and other U.S. state privacy laws. This processing occurs only with your explicit, specific consent, collected before the voice model is created. We use this data solely for the purpose you authorized. You may request deletion of your voice model and associated audio samples at any time by contacting us at contact@zoriavoice.com. We do not sell, share, or use biometric voice data for purposes other than providing the contracted service, except where required by law. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with specific biometric privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding consent, retention limits, and destruction of biometric data — contact us for details specific to your jurisdiction.

7. Cookies

This site uses essential technical cookies for basic functionality and loads Google Fonts, which may set minimal content-delivery cookies. We do not currently use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, we will request your consent before enabling new cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically. We recommend reviewing it whenever you access the platform. Material changes will be communicated by email or inside the app.
